Compass will be the third full-length release from Jamie Lidell and it's being billed as his most eclectic album to date - and has guest appearances from Leslie Fiest, Beck, Chris Taylor (Grizzly Bear), Gonzales and Pat Sansone (Wilco).

"I wrote every song in a month," Jamie says, "It's been an emotional couple of years, so I tapped into what I wanted to say and started writing. There was a lot to draw on." I'm not fully caught-up on the life and times of Lidell but it sounds like this could be the next Sea Change - which means it's a great listen but a snoozer of a live show. Either way, I'm pretty pumped to hear what he's got laid down.
