When Ashley Tisdale stopped by our studio I knew I was in the presence of greatness but I had no clue just how great she is. There I was, sitting eerily close (for camera purposes I assure you) to the girl who would win the MTV Movie Award for Breakthrough Female Performance. That's right, she beat out Vanessa Hudgens, Freida Pinto, Miley Cyrus and a couple of other talented broads for this prestigious title. The best part is that when they announced her as the winner, they played Lady Gaga's "Poker Face", which she had been singing here at the studio just before our interview began.

We spoke about painful breakups soothed by a good Kelly Clarkson song, where to eat in Chicago and the release of her upcoming album. Oh, and for a minute I totally had her thinking I am Europe's next Hasselhoff.
