Before you even think about buying a tiny coffee or a donut this morning, please consider taking your $1.99 over to Amazon to purchase the insanely cheap Heartless Bastards album "The Mountain".
Now, let me tell you a little something about the Heartless Bastards - they are a force to be reckoned with. I had the privilege of interviewing them about three years ago before they blew minds completely to bits at Lollapalooza. If you saw singer/guitarist Erika Wennerstrom on the street, you'd never guess in a million years that her growl could fill a giant space. In fact, just speaking to her off-stage, she's a bit shy and appears meek. Get a guitar in her hands and a mic in front of her mouth and she will own you. Their second album, "All This Time" was my personal anthem of 2007. I picked up "Stairs and Elevators" at one of their live shows and the love just continued to grow.
Long story short, you are a fool if you do not purchase this album for $1.99. You will thank me later - as per usual.
