Well just in time for me to find out that Heath Ledger and Michelle Williams broke up, I find out that former Blink 182 drummer, Travis Barker, and his (ex)wife(?), Shanna Moakler, are back together again. Oh, and apparently he's still alive. Oh happy day. I'm so sick of these two, they're the poor man's version of Pink and Carey Hart, who I adore.

NERD ALERT

Now you might all be saying, impossible, Mia you could never be considered a dork, but it's true my friends. In fact, the only way I have found it possible for me to make it to the gym these days is by going at the time Jeopardy is playing. This way I can spend time with one of my favorite Canadians, Alex Trebek, and pay attention to trivia instead of the fact that I can't breathe. The Tournament of Champions was this week and just look at what happened for the first time in 20 years.

Of course, maybe if I had an exercise video like this one I'd be more likely to just do my routine at home. I can't. stop. watching. The English phrases they are learning are very telling of what the Japanese must think about America. Seriously, stick around for the entire clip, it made me snort.

This one just confuses me. Especially since I (and don't hate me for this) HATE poodles. Now, if there was an exercise video made with pugs, that would be a different story.
